Our Aged Cheddar is creamy with a slight nutty flavor. It is a medium cheddar, full of creamy, classic cheddar flavor~ yet without the bite you ll find in the sharper versions. Low in moisture, our cheddar is great on its own or with your favorite foods.

How It s Made

Cheddar curds are created and pressed into 40-pound blocks of cheese. These blocks are then stored in a climate-controlled cave until the cheddar reaches its flavor goal. After aging it s cut into smaller blocks and ready to enjoy!

Pairings

Low in moisture, this cheddar is a fantastic all-around cheese. It slices, grates and melts like a dream and tastes great on its own as a quick snack or as a cheesy compliment to your favorite foods.
