From our super Small Batch Reserve line, this is a limited edition preserve.

Not your ordinary fig jam, this preserve features fresh unctous figs with a lyrical notes of herbs and citrus from fresh bay leaves. We adore it with prosciutto, or other salted meats, and it makes a gorgeous spread with fresh figs and a wedge of Cashel Blue (nodding to the Irish here). From only a few trees, when it s gone, it s gone (until next season we hope!).
