We can t bear to throw away the luscious juices that remain after preserving our peaches, so we captured them to take a swim with organic white wine vinegar for a poppy punch of summer in a bottle. Makes easy friends with bourbon, rum, iced tea and prosecco. If you can’t bear winter one moment longer, this taste of summer in our Peach Shrub will help you hold out.

We recommend ½-1oz shrub to 8oz sparkling water for a refreshing fruit tonic, or spice it up with a splash of liquor using our shrub cocktail formula below.

– ½-1oz shrub
– 1-1½oz spirit
– shake with ice
– top with sparkling water
– squeeze of citrus
– dash of GMD tree bitters
